What is an MOT?

If you feel like something needs to change, but you don't want or feel unable to commit to therapy, then this could be for you.
A one-off, confidential and purposeful conversation to help you, pause, reflect and identify what you want to change.
You’ll have 60 mins with a trained therapist to understand where you are, what might be getting in the way, and what you want to do differently.
Fees and Location
Fee: £99 for 60 minutes in Guildford or online.
My Location: I work from a space located in Guildford, Surrey and see clients from Dorking, Cranleigh, Woking, Leatherhead, Cobham, Guildford and the surrounding villages. I am based in Slyfield Industrial Estate and there are good transport links from the A3, Guildford and Woking town centres.
There is a free of charge private car park available on site and the building is fully accessible.
